In classrooms where the new SMART flat screens are fitted you may sometimes find the teacher monitor doesn't turn on and stays black, by following the instructions below you can fix it.
In order to set the SMART flat screen and monitor to duplicate you need to press the Windows Key + P.
Then you need to select “Duplicate”.
